• Returns/Exchanges: Only unopened & unused products can be returned within 14 days.

• Damaged/Defective Items: Email us within 72 hours with your order # and photos, and we’ll fix it!

• Refunds: Issued to your original payment method

• Cancellations: Can be made within 2 hours of ordering.

Non-returnable: Opened/used oils, sale items, gift cards.
